Andrew Hughey is a product development director for the US government. He has helped build user-centered products and services for over 15 years as a product manager and user experience designer. He’s never been a web ninja, guru, or rockstar, but he was a web master once.

Ok, twice.

Andrew has worked as a medieval history professor, a prehistoric archaeologist, a researcher in west Africa, and a pretzel baker. He’s originally from Florida and holds degrees in anthropology, history, and global politics.

You can also find Andrew moderating DC's UX Book Club, posting nonsense to Twitter, or looking at cat pictures on Flickr.
